Request a New Membership Application package to apply to join the Charlevoix Yacht Club at Full or Crew Limited levels.
Membership Committee will email to you an individualized application package and links to a registration form. 

For a Crew Ltd application you may download an application, and email or submit the application in hard copy directly to the Club.

Do not use for Renewals!  If you are renewing for a past membership, please fill out a hard copy of the renewal form or the renewal application that was sent to you, or respond to the invoice that may be emailed to you this spring.
