Come Aboard the Ghost Speakeasy Party Barge christened Keuka to celebrate Halloween and the memory of the jazzy Roaring Twenties of Charlevoix. Dress as flapper, gangster, or a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union -- the group of townswomen incensed by the debauchery just off shore who are rumored to have sunk the old vessel.
